Started my career at the Capital Tokyu in 1985, where I was trained in the core business of hotel operations, under the careful guidance of experienced hotel experts.
Following my time at the Capital Tokyu, I joined Intercontinental Group and spent 20 years as a hotel professional in a number of roles, including as a hotel opening specialist and most recently, as General Manager of Intercontinental Tokyo Bay.
In 2011, I founded Constellations Inc. expanding my industry engagement even more widely utilizing the expaties and professional networks built up over my career.
In 2013, Constellations Inc. bought Phoenix Entertainment Tours and made the company under our umbrella, and we have been operating Phoenix Entertainment Tours successfully.
Working as a guest speaker, experts’ panelist and due diligence specialist, I have helped to lead many properties down the path of success.
